The Kansas City Chiefs delivered yet another superb performance on Sunday that kept their record perfect. On Sunday, they defeated the San Francisco 49ers to move to 6-0.

Patrick Mahomes and his team scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to extend their lead in the Super Bowl rematch. That is when things went too far in the game between the two sides.

With just three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, 49ers star left tackle Trent Williams was ejected from the game after striking Chiefs defensive back Bryon Cook in the head. This was the result of a shove Cook gave Williams while the lineman was down on the ground.

Trent Williams got up and delivered a huge blow to Cook that the officials spotted and punished him for.

You can even check out the video shared on social media here.

Williams didn’t think this through as the officials were watching it closely. By looking at the video, we can say that Williams should have kept his cool. He should not have done what he did whatever may be the case.

Anyway, let’s talk about the match. This wasn’t one of the cleanest matchups. Mahomes and Brock Purdy combined for 0 passing touchdowns and five interceptions. Still, Andy Ried and his team found a way to reach another victory in the tournament.

Now, Mahomes has a perfect 5-0 score against the 49ers and the scoreline includes two Super Bowl wins.
