US President Donald Trump appeared undisturbed on Saturday night as he attended the UFC event. His country, along with Israel, is fighting a war with the Iranians.
Meanwhile, the US officials are engaging in hectic talks with Iranians in Pakistan.
Along with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the US President, Donald Trump, was watching the fights at the event. On the other side of the world, his deputy, US Vice President JD Vance, was leading the US delegation. He has announced that the peace talks with Iran had failed.
At the event, he didn’t show any signs that he was engrossed in the thoughts on the war in the Middle East. However, he leaned towards Marco Rubio several times to chat about something.
The UFC CEO Dana White is a vocal Donald Trump supporter. Even Trump enjoys watching these fights. Trump loves these fistfights so much that he has announced a fight event at the White House on June 14.
Trump entered the Kaseya Centre around 9 pm to watch the lightweight fight between Jiri Prochazka and Carlos Ulberg. Along with him, several members of the Trump family also attended the event.
He also met with the popular podcaster and UFC commentator, Joe Rogan, at the event.
On Sunday, Trump claimed that Iran’s insistence on not giving up its nuclear ambitions has resulted in failed peace talks in Pakistan. He also said that the Iranian government had laid mines on the Strait of Hormuz. It effectively made it impossible for merchant ships to pass through the vital chokepoint.
He instructed the US Navy to blockade the Strait of Hormuz and clear it of mines. Trump also said that he would take action against ships that cross the Strait after paying a toll tax to Iran.

“I have also instructed our Navy to seek and interdict every vessel in International Waters that has paid a toll to Iran. No one who pays an illegal toll will have safe passage on the high seas. We will also begin destroying the mines that the Iranians laid in the Straits. Any Iranian who fires at us, or at peaceful vessels, will be BLOWN TO HELL.”
