According to sources who wish to remain anonymous, the star alumnus of Chatsworth High, who is also a USC Recruit, Alijah Arenas, was in an accident with a Cybertruck last Thursday.

The accident took place in between a starry 4:56 at Corbin Avenue and Blythe Street, Reseda, where the said Cybertruck was reported to lose control, crash into a fire hydrant, and a tree. The eighteen-year-old driver had been freed from the twisted wreckage and transported to a hospital, where he was reported stable, as confirmed by LAPD Officer Rosario Cervantes. As per sources, drugs and alcohol did not play a role in the crash event.

Arenas was placed in a coma after the accident, as per the source who knew about it. ESPN’s Shams Charania was the first to break the news about the accident and Arenas’ condition (the same Shams Charania who also broke the news of Celtics Acquired By Chisholm for $6.1 billion). TMZ managed to grab a video of the chaotic scene soon after the crash. Water gushed from the severed fire hydrant, dousing the mangled Cybertruck while bystanders tried to help the driver.

As per the footage that surfaced later on, Arenas was seen trying to get up from lying face down with the hydrant still spraying. Backstage, someone is heard telling him to ‘wake up.’ Pictures from the site, which have been published by The Times, show the silver Cybertruck wrapped around a tree for attachment hours later, with one of its crumpled ‘no parking’ signs wedged between the two.

The windshield was shattered, both the driver’s side windows were also shattered, and the debris from the hydrant was found stuck under the broken wheel well. Later, the Cybertruck was taken away from the place but began burning at a tow yard, prompting a call to the Los Angeles Fire Hazard Mat because of the hazardous materials involved.
